How would you prefer to pay a Buyer’s Real Estate Agent for showing you homes and representing you?

Full-service commission. I sign a buyer's agreement up-front for an agent to represent me and show me as many houses as I want. There's no fee until I decide to buy a house.

Flat-fee, per-service, per-home basis. I pay the real estate agent for each house I want to tour. If I find I house I like, I'll negotiate separately to pay a commission to the agent who helped me find it.

I shouldn't be forced to sign a contract to see a house. I just want to be let in quickly and worry about paperwork later if I find something I like.

What percentage of the home sale price are you willing to pay Buyer's Real Estate Agent for a full-service, traditional buying experience? This is where the agent represents you all the way from the first tour through “contract and closing."
