In 90% of cases, it helps our customers: to register from a smartphone or other browser. Be sure to delete cookies or use incognito mode. Use a clean IP/VPN/Proxy (of the same country as the country of the number) and change the IP before each new registration attempt. Not all VPNs can help, because their IP addresses can also be blacklisted by the selected site.
Try to order at least 10 numbers and receive SMS on them, then try changing the mobile operator or changing the country of the number. If SMS does not arrive for more than 5 minutes, then simply cancel the phone number or order another phone number in parallel. The average SMS arrival time is 1-3 minutes, it depends on the sender.
Money is automatically returned to the balance after the end of 25 minutes if the SMS did not arrive, if you do not want to wait, cancel the number through the "Cancel number" button.
If these recommendations did not help and you have already tried more than 15 numbers but did not receive SMS, write to the support service. Be sure to specify the country and service from which you cannot receive SMS with a code.
