You're almost set!

Introduction:

Hey there, it's Nicole! This is our official agreement, and it covers everything we need to know between us. No tricky stuff, just straightforward info. If anything changes, we'll put it in writing and everyone involved signs off on it.

Section 1: Booking and Session Details

• Session Fee: The session fee of $399 secures my photography services and also includes a $200 credit towards any products.
• Scheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand life happens, but, please keep in mind that last-minute cancellations can be tough for a small business like mine, so your understanding and respect are greatly appreciated.

Section 2: Session Guidelines

• Collar Policy: I will not photograph any dog wearing an e-collar, pinch collar, or choke collar.
• Session Safety: I will make every effort to conduct a safe and professional photography session. However, I'm not responsible for any injuries during the session.

Section 3: Order Process and Delivery

• Ordering Appointment: After our session, we'll schedule a virtual meeting over Google Meet or another platform for your ordering appointment. This is where we'll go through the images together, and you can select your favorite images and products.
• Order Placement: Orders will be ready for delivery approximately four weeks after payment has been received. Specialty items, like albums may take up to 8 weeks.
• Delivery: Once I recieve your products, we'll coordinate a mutually agreeable time for me to deliver your order.
• Out-of-State Orders: Your items will be shipped directly to your specified address. Please ensure that the provided address is safe and secure for delivery.
• Late Orders: Orders placed 60 days or more after the session will be subject to current studio pricing.

Section 4: Product Ownership and Copyright

• Final Orders: Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all orders are final.
• Digital Storage: You're responsible for storing your digital media. Please back up your files for maximum protection.
• Copyright Ownership: I am the copyright owner of all images created during our session. This means I have the exclusive right to reproduce the images and to use them for my website, advertising, social media, printing, and other purposes, except for images featuring clients with visible faces. For such images, I will request specific permission for their use.
• No Copying Allowed: Unauthorized reproduction of images is prohibited and will result in penalties.
• Exception: Purchasing full-resolution images allows for printing for personal use.

Section 5: Fees, Copyright Violoations, and Dispute Resolution

• Fees: An administration fee of $100.00 will be applied to NSF Checks.
• Unauthorized usage of images: violation of Federal Copyright laws will result in an unauthorized usage penalty fee of double the original cost of said usage for the image. This includes screenshots of images, cropping out watermarks, printing social media files, using filters, or editing images in any way. An invoice will be sent for any copyright infringements.
• Arbitration: Any controversies or claims will be settled through arbitration, following Nevada Arbitration Rules, in Clark County, Nevada.
