Upon receiving and confirming your registration, we will issue a visa invitation. Kindly note that arranging an appointment at any US consulate is your own responsibility.

1. According to the Tournament Regulations, the top players shall be reimbursed for their travel expenses (see Art. 4.7.1)

Please book your trip by 10 November and provide us with the receipt for reimbursement via email [email protected].

2. Accommodation in a standard room (4-star hotel minimum) for seven nights (from 25 December until 1 January) and daily allowance shall be offered by the Organiser.

If you want to extend your stay, please indicate the extra date(s) and we will inform you about special event’s rate availability.
