Notification of Finalists (Invitation to Stage 2): After August 15, 2026

Language Requirement:

All application responses must be submitted in English using the Latin alphabet. Applications submitted in other languages or scripts may not be considered.

Disclaimer:

Submission to Stage 1 does not guarantee advancement to Stage 2 or funding.
Only applicants who meet all eligibility requirements and submit complete documentation by the deadline will be considered.
Finalists invited to Stage 2 will be required to provide detailed project documentation for full evaluation.

Selected projects may be invited to Stage II, a full grant competition with detailed evaluation, documentation, and jury review.
