Form of agricultural land lease

A Farm Land Lease Form is a kind of lease agreement between the landlord (also known as the Lessor) and the tenant (likewise known as the lessee). This kind of lease agreement deviates from the usual agreement where there is an option of a lease that instead of having their business transaction in cash, it allows a crop sharing option where the lessor is paid in a certain ratio of the harvest made by the lessee. It also sets certain restrictions as to the kind of crop shall be planted in the land or the kind of livestock shall be raised.
