New form element "Messenger"
Good afternoon.
We are glad to inform you about a new element of web forms, which became available to users of our form designer FormDesigner.ru. We are talking about the element - messenger.
Probably no secret that now more and more businesses are integrating with messengers and social networks. The development of technologies and new communication channels makes the process of communication with customers faster and more convenient for both parties.
We thought about it, so why not ask the user, instead of email address or phone (or additionally), for his contacts at once in the messenger or social network, where it would be more convenient for him to continue communication.
So we came up with the idea to make a separate element of the form, with the help of which you can request from the customer his contacts in the social network or messenger, where he would like to get information about the order.
We called this element of the form "Messenger" and added it to the main fields:
At the moment it supports such messengers and social networks:
- Вконтакте
- Viber
- Messenger
- Telegram
- Skype
- ICQ
In the item settings you can disable those messengers that you do not want to use. To do this, simply uncheck the required items:
After saving all the settings, you can see how this item works in the web form:
In the personal profile, in statistics, the entered data are displayed with an icon of the messenger chosen by the user:
