This is a paid service. Funds are debited from the internal balance in the system. The cost of one SMS notification depends on the length of the message, the country, the mobile operator and the current exchange rate at the time of sending. How to top up the balance, you can read here.
You choose the SMS provider's service yourself, enter into a contract with it and configure the sender's name, after which you need to choose which provider to send notifications with in the form settings. At the same time, the SMS cost will not be deducted from your FormDesigner internal balance.
In order to connect an sms provider to FormDesigner, you need to click on the link "SMS providers" in the left menu:
A list of your connected sms providers will be displayed here. In order to add a new service, you need to click on the "Add" link, after which you will see a list with all available SMS providers:
Currently there are 3 sms providers available:
Choose the appropriate service and click on the "Add" button. Let's add an sms provider for example sms.ru:
After clicking on the "Add" button, you will be taken to the settings page of this sms provider:
For SMS provider "Sms.ru" you need to enter the name that will be displayed in the list of sms providers, as well as your api_id in the service sms.ru. After that, you need to click on the "Get access" button:
If the api_id is correct, then you will load a list with the names of senders added in the service sms.ru . Select the desired sender name and click the "Save" button.
This completes the sms provider setup. Other providers are configured in a similar way.
Selecting an sms provider in the form settings
After setting up the SMS provider, you must specify in the appropriate form which provider to send SMS notifications with.
To do this, go to the settings of the desired web form in the section "SMS notifications". There is a new option for choosing an SMS provider:
At the moment, you can, as before, send SMS notifications via FormDesigner or select your SMS provider in the list, after which we do not forget to click the "Save" button.
To go to the sms notification settings, in your personal account in the menu item “forms” click on the item "my forms" or from the main menu list of forms, then in the list of your forms select the form and click form settings:
The form menu opens and select the SMS notifications section in the form settings. Click on the slider in the sms notification for the User (auto responder) item to activate it:
It is also possible, using macros - substitution variables, create any notification template with fields from the form.
