To configure notifications for administrator, you need to go to "Forms" menu in personal cabinet, click on "My Forms" item, then select form in the list of your forms, form panel will open, click on the "gear" of this form settings, form menu will open. Select the "E-mail notifications" item in that section:
The "E-mail notifications" settings will open. To enable notifications, drag the slider to the right, the selected function will turn blue, and therefore active. This will bring up additional notification settings.
You will be able to specify the email of the administrator, the subject of the email from the site, the name of the sender, the sender's email, make a template for the email from the site, in a form that you will be comfortable in handling customers. If you check "Hide unfilled fields in email body" option, then your email will get response from form with only fields where user has chosen some variant of answer or left data.
If the form is successfully completed, you will receive a notification to your email. If the checkbox was not activated, you will receive an email notification with all the existing fields in the form:
