Short answer

How to move a form from another service

Import brings the fields over from another builder: Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, 123FormBuilder, or Marquiz. A new FormDesigner form appears in the account. You then finish it here: logic, design, payment, and embedding. Import does not copy submissions or answers from the original service.

How it works

How it works

  1. Pick the source form

Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, 123FormBuilder or Marquiz. The first three need account access; the last two only need a public link.

  2. Fields and pages are transferred

Questions, choices and structure, as far as the source form allows. A new FormDesigner form appears in the account.

  3. Finish it here

Logic, one-question-at-a-time view, theme and payments are set in FormDesigner. We do not promise a full clone of another builder’s flow.

Where you can import from

Where you can import from

Google Forms

Fields and pages after access to the Google account. Then the form is developed in FormDesigner.

Typeform

Fields and structure after Typeform authorization. The original flow is not copied in full.

Jotform

Fields and structure after access to the Jotform account. Further edits are in the FormDesigner builder.

123FormBuilder

Import by public form link: fields and structure, without a full clone of the original logic.

Marquiz

Import by public quiz link. Fields and structure are transferred; branching is better checked here, and the diagram needs a review.

Details

What is transferred

Fields and structure

Questions, answer choices and pages, as far as the source form allows. A new FormDesigner form appears in the account.

Not a full logic clone

Conditions, styling and scenarios from the original builder are not copied one-to-one. Some transitions may come through, but the diagram should be checked.

Finishing in the constructor

After import the form lives in FormDesigner: one-question-at-a-time view, page diagram, theme and payments.

CLEAR ANSWERS

FAQ

Which builders can I import a form from?
The account supports Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, 123FormBuilder and Marquiz. There are no other builders in import.
Is this a full clone of a competitor’s form?
No. Import brings fields and structure: questions, choices and pages, as far as the source form allows. Logic, styling and flows from the other builder are not copied one to one. After transfer you review and finish the form in FormDesigner.
Do I have to rebuild the form?
No. Pick a builder and start the transfer. A new FormDesigner form appears in the account; you review and finish it here.
Do I need access to the source account?
For Google Forms, Typeform and Jotform, yes: you first grant access to the account. For 123FormBuilder and Marquiz a public link to the form or quiz is enough.
Are submissions and answers transferred?
No. Import creates a new FormDesigner form from the source fields and structure. Answers, submissions and stats from the original service are not copied.
What should I do after import?
Check the fields and pages, then finish the form: logic and branching, one-question-at-a-time mode, styling and payments. If needed, build a form from scratch with AI assistant.
