Do I need a separate quiz service?

Is this only for quizzes?
No. Conditions and transitions work in any multi-page form: leads, surveys, booking, quizzes. A quiz is one scenario, not the only one.
How does this relate to one-question-at-a-time mode?
Pages stay chapters of the flow. The respondent goes through the current page one question at a time, then the same conditions pick the next chapter. One-question-at-a-time mode does not turn the diagram off.
