How is a visit score different from NPS?

NPS asks whether the person would recommend you. This asks whether they were satisfied with this visit, on a 1–5 scale. NPS survey.

Is the share of happy customers calculated for you?

There is no separate index, as there is for NPS. Scores stay in submissions and in the form stats. The share of high scores is read from the answers.

Can I ask why only from people who were not satisfied?
