The same fields in every form
The same contacts and consents in every form. Edit once, and the linked copies update.
What the field library is
The library holds shared fields for all your forms: contacts, consents, the usual set of questions. Edit the wording once, and the linked copies in the forms update. Useful when you have many forms and the consents must match.
Why this helps in daily work
-
Save a field or block
Build contacts or consent once, then stop copying them by hand from form to form.
-
Insert into another form
A field or a whole block lands on the current page. The copies stay linked.
-
Sync or unlink
Editing a linked field asks for confirmation and updates the other copies. If you detach the top field, other forms no longer change.
What the library can do
Save field
One field or a section-and-repeater tree is saved once and inserted into your other forms.
Save block
Two or more fields make a block: neighboring fields on a page, or a set from different pages of the same form.
Insert into other forms
Insert creates linked copies on the current page. You do not rebuild the same contacts each time.
Linked copies
After confirmation the edit goes to all linked copies. A counter shows how many forms will be affected.
Unlink
You can detach only from the top field. The copy stays in the form but is no longer synced with the library.
Your account only
The library is not shared: you cannot give it to another account. Guest access to a form does not open the library.
