Fields library: save your settings once

A "Fields Library" has appeared in the FormDesigner form constructor. This is a personal collection of saved fields. Set up a phone number, email address, consent, or city once, save it to the library, and then insert it into other forms without having to set it up again.
Previously, the same fields had to be re-created for each form. If a signature, mask, or mandatory field changed, the edits had to be repeated manually wherever the field already existed. This is especially noticeable when there are many forms: for agencies, landing page networks, and companies with standard applications.
Now you can:
- save a field to the library directly from the editing panel;
- insert it into the current form using the “Fields Library” button in the list of fields;
- Edit linked field: After confirmation (with the number of uses), the library entry and all linked copies will be updated;
- unlink the field from the library and edit it only in one form.
The library list shows how many forms a field is used in and which forms they are. You can search by name. A linked field in the editor is marked with a gold star and the label "In library."
How to use
Open the form in the field editor. To save the field, go to its settings and add it to the library.
To insert a ready-made one, click "Fields Library" in the list of fields and select the one you need.
The library is private (not shared between accounts) and accessible to the form owner. Standard fields are preserved; sections and repeating blocks are not yet supported. There is no separate menu item: everything works within the form field editor.
We hope it will be more convenient to keep standard fields in one place and not have to copy settings manually from form to form.
