MCP Connector uses the FormDesigner account-domain OAuth2 server. To create an app, see the OAuth application setup guide.

Required scope: forms. Optionally also account, entries.

Redirect URI

Redirect URIs (comma-separated):

  • Claude.ai: https://claude.ai/api/mcp/auth_callback
  • Claude Code CLI: http://127.0.0.1/callback, http://localhost/callback
  • ChatGPT: redirect URI from connector settings (https://chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/…)
