HubSpot CRM Integration Module

This integration module allows you to transfer all data from a web form to HubSpot CRM and allows you to create entities such as: contact, company and deal. When creating a contact and company, an automatic search for duplicates by phone number and email address is performed.

To set up the integration of the web form with HubSpot CRM, go to the “Applications” section. In the list of applications, find HubSpot and click “Add”:

The main integration settings will open in front of you:

Enter your email address from your HubSpot account and click the “Authorize” button, after which you will be redirected to the HubSpot website, where you will need to log in to your account and provide access to your CRM data. If everything is done correctly, you will be returned to our website and the remaining settings of the integration module will open in front of you:

In the main settings, you need to select the form fields that contain the contact's name, phone number, and email address. To set up additional contact data, you need to select the "Contact" section in the menu on the left:

Add the necessary contact fields, after which you can proceed to setting up the company.

If you need to create a company and automatically link a contact to it, go to the “Company” section:

Turn on the “Create a company” toggle and configure the required company details that will be passed to HubSpot after the form is submitted.

You also have the option to automatically create a deal and link a contact and company to it. To do this, go to the “Deal” section:

Turn on the “Create Deal” switch and select the funnel and deal stage, as well as specify the deal name and description. Add additional deal fields if necessary.

In addition, you can enable search for deals by specified parameters. Using the deal search, you can find the latest deals of a contact or company, and not create a new deal, but edit an existing one.

Once all the data is filled in, click the “Save” button. This completes the integration of the web form with HubSpot and you can test the work by sending the form.
